Frank C. Kiepura is an authorized IRS e-file provider. We will electronically file your federal and state tax return for free.  For "straight electronic filing" your checks are mailed to you by the Federal government (and NYS government if applicable) within 2-3 weeks.  You may also have these checks directly deposited into your bank account.

If you desire a slightly faster method, with the security of having your checks printed and picked up by yourself from our office (Electronic Refund Checks), we produce these checks within 5-15 days.  "Electronically filed by Wednesday of one week and printed here by the following Friday"  Since this method involves a bank to handle these transactions and produce checks in our offices, there is an additional bank and transmittal fee of $32.95.
