Frank C. Kiepura is an authorized IRS e-file provider. We will electronically file your federal tax return for a fee of $29.95.  For "straight electronic filing" your checks are mailed to you by the Federal government (and NYS government if applicable) within 2-3 weeks.  You may also have these checks directly deposited into your bank account.

If you desire a slightly faster method, with the security of having your checks printed and picked up by yourself from our office (Fast Checks), we produce these checks within 8-15 days.  "Electronically filed by Wednesday of one week and printed here by the following Friday"  Since this method involves a bank to handle these transactions and produce checks in our offices, there is an additional bank and transmittal fee of $29.95.

By this method you are actually " borrowing" money from a bank, which will be repaid by the IRS electronically transmitting your refund to the bank.  This will produce a check from the bank in our offices within a few hours to 48 hours after the IRS acknowledges the transmission.  This is a slightly costlier method, inasmuch as the bank charges interest for "lending" you the money within such a short period of time.  These additional fees run from $34 to $125 for checks in the amount of $100 to $7500
