Years of experience have taught us that the best method of income tax preparation is a face-to-face interview with the tax preparer: "Numbers come from words". We ask every question possible - we leave no stone unturned! Many firms, tax software and Internet programs gather information from you in an "Organizer" process. That is, you sit there and laboriously type in written answers to written questions that may or may not be relevant to your actual situation. This is not a dialogue, but a form-filling process that takes too much of your precious time and usually provides incomplete or even misleading information. At Frank C. Kiepura, P.C., you can call for an appointment and be scheduled for an interview the same or next day. Your return is then processed by computer, reviewed by Frank C. Kiepura, and then picked up and paid for by yourself. If you desire to have your tax return electronically filed, it will be processed, while you wait, reviewed and instantly filed. The next best thing to a face-to-face interview would be, of course, a Voice-to-voice - interview, that is, over the telephone. There are no questions that can't be answered through telephone conversations. If you are unable to come in for an interview, just call our office and schedule a telephone interview. The same question and answer dialogue would occur over the telephone. You may mail or fax W-2's and 1099's to our office. The finished tax returns will be overnighted to you for your signature and mailing. |
